AArch64: Improve codegen in SVE tans
Improves memory access.
Tan: MOVPRFX 7 -> 2, LD1RD 12 -> 5, move MOV away from return.
Tanf: MOV 2 -> 1, MOVPRFX 6 -> 3, LD1RW 5 -> 4, move mov away from return.
