This patch corrects some conformtest expectations for search.h for
XPG3.
Tested for x86_64 and x86.
* conform/data/search.h-data (insque): Do not expect for [XPG3].
(remque): Likewise.
* conform/Makefile (test-xfail-XPG3/search.h/conform): Remove
variable.

The header conformance testing code needed extending for XPG7. This
exposed a few bugs in the headers. There are more changes to come.

* signal/signal.h [__USE_XOPEN]: Define uid_t.
(sigstack): Correct type of first parameter.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/siginfo.h: New file. Copy of

Change type to `long int'.
