* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/fchownat.c: Diddle code so that "fail"
	label is always used.

	* bits/syslog-path.h: New file.
	* misc/Makefile (headers): Add it.
	* misc/sys/syslog.h: Include it.
	(_PATH_LOG): Macro removed.
