* Makerules ($(common-objpfx)distinfo-$(subdir)): Change target from
distinfo to this.
(distinfo): Make phony target depending on that.
(TAGS, po/%.pot, dist): Change deps.
(common-clean): Remove that file.
* rpm/Makefile (distinfo): Change names.
