* manual/stdio.texi (Hook Functions): Correct type of position
parameter of seeker and fix fallout of the change in the text.
* wcsmbs/tst-mbrtowc2.c: New file.
* wcsmbs/Makefile (tests): Add tst-mbrtowc2.
