* sysdeps/gnu/_G_config.h (_G_HAVE_MREMAP): Define symbol.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/_G_config.h: New file.
* libio/fileops.c (mmap_remap_check) [__linux__]: Replaced with
[_G_HAVE_MREMAP].
