* posix/regex.h: Define RE_TRANSLATE_TYPE as unsigned char *.
* posix/regcomp.c: Remove unnecessary uses of
unsigned RE_TRANSLATE_TYPE.
* posix/regex_internal.h: Likewise.
* posix/regex_internal.c: Likewise.
* posix/regexexec.c: Likewise.
