* sysdeps/generic/ldsodefs.h (ELF_RTYPE_CLASS_COPY): Define to 2
only if DL_NO_COPY_RELOCS is not defined.
* sysdeps/ia64/dl-lookupcfg.h: Define DL_NO_COPY_RELOCS.
