Update.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (gen-as-const-headers): Add
lowlevelrwlock.sym.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/lowlevelrwlock.sym: New file.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/lowlevelrwlock.h: Removed.
