Update.
* sysdeps/mips/dl-machine.h (elf_machine_matches_host): Follow
change from 1999-10-07 to elf/elf.h and rename EM_MIPS_RS4_BE to
EM_MIPS_RS3_LE.
* sysdeps/mips/mips64/dl-machine.h: Likewise.
