Update.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/Dist: Add oldgetrlimit64.c.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/Makefile [$(subdir)=resource]
(sysdep_routines): Add oldgetrlimit64.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/oldgetrlimit64.c: New file.
