Update.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/resource.h (RLIMIT_LOCKS): Added.
(RLIMIT_NLIMITS): Sync with kernel definition.
(PRIO_PROCESS, PRIO_PGRP, PRIO_USER): Also define as macros.
