* libio/iovdprintf.c (_IO_vdprintf): Set _IO_DELETE_DONT_CLOSE
flag.
* misc/syslog.c (vsyslog): Don't try to send if not connected to
syslog daemon.
(closelog_internal): Don't do anything if not connected.
