if not defined.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/lchown.S
[SHLIB_COMPAT (libc, GLIBC_2_0, GLIBC_2_1)]: Use this condition
on chown compatibility symbol; use compat_symbol, not symbol_version.
