* configure.in: Fix up use of compilation flags to match the build:
For .s files, $ASFLAGS;
For .S files, $CPPFLAGS $ASFLAGS;
For .c files, $CFLAGS $CPPFLAGS;
when linking, add $LDFLAGS.
* configure: Regenerated.
