* locales/hu_HU: Better month name abbreviations.
* SUPPORTED (SUPPORTED-LOCALES): Add hy_AM.UTF-8 and hy_AM.ARMSCII-8.
* locales/ru_RU: Use U2002 for thousands_sep and mon_throusands_sep.
