* rt/Makefile (aio-routines, clock-routines, timer-routines): New
variables, broken out of librt-routines.
(librt-routines): Set using those.
(extra-libs, extra-libc-others, tests): Set these unconditionally.
(distribute): No need for $(librt-map) or $(librt-routines:=.c) here.
