Mark sparc %fsr load and store inline asms as volatile.
* sysdeps/sparc/fpu/bits/fenv.h (__fenv_stfsr): Add __volatile__.
* sysdeps/sparc/fpu/fpu_control.h (_FPU_GETCW): Likewise.
(_FPU_SETCW): Likewise.
