stdio: Suppress -Wformat only for gcc in tst-sprintf-errno.c
Since Clang doesn't support
DIAG_IGNORE_NEEDS_COMMENT (11, "-Wformat=");
and for unknown reasons, it doesn't warn the %#m specifier, suppress
-Wformat only for gcc in tst-sprintf-errno.c.
