* sysdeps/mach/hurd/socket.c (socket): Consider MIG_BAD_ID and
EOPNOTSUPP as indications that the server has died.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/pipe.c (__pipe): Likewise.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/socketpair.c (socketpair): Likewise.
