Update.
* dirent/dirent.h (telldir): Change return type to long int.
* sysdeps/generic/telldir.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/telldir.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/telldir.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/bsd/telldir.c: Likewise. Fix locking problem.
